Task 1.1. Cataloguing the pan-European landscape of phage research in the agricultural context
Objective: Identifying national projects and institutional collections of phages in the agricultural context.

Task 1.2. Hunting for phages specific to phytopathogenic bacteria
Objective: Expanding phage collections infecting phytopathogenic bacteria by sampling and characterizing phages from agricultural environments.

Task 1.3. Genomics of phages infecting phytopathogenic bacteria
Objective: Improving our understanding and prediction of genes encoded in phage genomes.
